So I fitted some new Continental Road Attack 2 tyres recently.
The front is a 110/90/18 and the rear is a 130/80/18.
They have a more rounded profile and the rear has geared it taller.
Also has the added advantage of slightly more ground clearance as well.
They are a radial tyre as well.
With the recent suspension mods (see previous post) these seem to work
extremely well.

The tires look good. The edge is narrower on the rear, which is otherway round on the Pirellis. Even if you take the front wheel to the edge, there will be still a huge unused strip on the rear.

Yes and the front isn't near the edge, the tyres have a much more rounded profile.
I think the front is narrower as well.

That's the way it should have left India...

Update: I now have 9500km's on the Continental tyres and are still working well. I suspect they have another 500-1000km's left in them yet. They have a feature called Grip Limited Feedback which I can attest to, when you get to the edge of the tyre they slide in small amounts to let you know there at the edge.
I was only getting 9000km's out of the Pirelli front and 4500-5000km's out of a rear so I'm at least 1 rear tyre ahead.

That's great to hear.  Just put those on mine.  How's your suspension doing?  It looks like you may find an upgrade to your liking, looking at the wear on those tires ;)

I really like these tyres, I like the feedback they give and the grip.Yes the suspension is great, that combined with the tyres gives heaps of confidence and makes the bike a joy to ride. Just can't wait for the cylinder head now to get more power.
Hows yours going?

It's been great!  When I'm not flogging the throttle, I even get reasonable gas milage....last 'easy going' tank did about 67 mpg.  But I am still enjoying flogging...????

Winter plans are to upgrade the forks with some weight specific springs and valve emulators.  Maybe some rear shocks too.  I could benefit from heavier springs....I'm running it with two plugs in the head and no decomp.  The bike will still start with the kicker....So I'm happy with it so far!

I have these tires on my Aprilia Shiver, loads of grip, and very gentle breakaway as advertised.
