What engine model are you looking at rebuilding,  and what are your performance goals for it?

Ace is the guy.  I have been happy with what he's done with mine...

All our experience is with the 500/535/612 platform.
We don't have many 350 Bullets here in the States. We could do 350 heads, but we can't bore/hone that small of a bore size in the barrel.
The bottom ends are about the same. We could do them.

In the UK, we recommend the Bullet Whisperer at Performance Classics in Wales.

Will the 500 top end fit on a 350 crankcase OK ?   I don't want to mess with the engine I have, but I was thinking about the possibility of getting another engine with more power to stick in.

 I'm in Canada :)

It requires machining of the engine case to accept the larger size cylinder barrel,  and moving the stud holes out to the 500 stud pattern.
We have done it, but it is cheaper and easier to just get a  used 500 engine to use as a basis for mods.

I had a feeling it would not be as simple as I was hoping it would be.   I will just have to keep an eye out for an old 500 then. Thanks

CaptDan, what part of TN? I'm in North Middle TN 45 mins from Nashville. If you are close you can ride "Old Sarge" and see what you think. The ACE team of Tom and Chumma can give you all you need. I'm running a clubman head done by Tom with valves I provided, Chumma did the lower with a ACE 535 coated piston, allow jug, and the Ace bronze bushing instead of the Alpha bearing. Ace magnum cams, Tm32 Flatside with ACE matched intake, and airbox. The bike is simply amazing, far exceeds anything I had in mind!
