I found this the other day, obviously someone else's opinions some I agree with.

Here's four I'd like to own, what's yours?

I'm not sure I could limit it to just four.

But

Norton Dominator (any of them. Great look and legendary chassis)

Seeley Condor (been a love affair since I first read a magazine review when I was probably 10)

First gen Ducati m900

Another Suzuki GT750

Tonkin Tempest is quite acceptable also?

But expensive!

I like his take on a road going Manx too.

1978 Ducati 900 SS in silver and blue paint scheme.

Laverda 750 SFC

MV Agusta 750 S America

Moto MorinI 3-1/2 Sport

Hard to pin it down to 4, but those are 4 that I would really like to have.
I would love a new MV, but the modern Superbikes are beyond my riding ability. I can wring out those older machines fully, and that's how I like it.

I had a near 200hp bike on the road about 8 years ago. Boring... on the track it sure is fun.

As MV is currently in bankruptcy, you may not need worry about trying to fold yourself up on one!

I own four motorcycles, three of them are on my top four list. the 74 XL350 is perfect for the infield at the track, riding around the neighborhood park and just fun to get to the hardware store. The 81 CB650C handles horribly, has plenty of zip, and someday will tug a hack. The ST1100 with its suspension mods and tires is a dream to tour and carve the rockies into bite size pieces.

Then there is the GL1200/California...Wanta buy it? handles like an aircraft carrier, poor mileage, hauls a ton of camping gear, and impresses the non-initiate.
