I have just taken a closer look at the pictures of this 'customised' machine. It doesn't look like any thought was given to actually riding this monstrosity - what happens when the forks compress under braking and the front tyre makes contact with that tractor mudguard [or whatever it is] which is nailed to the front downtube? [I think I can guess, but then it probably wasn't built to actually be ridden]

It appears that the bike, and perhaps other creations by him, are "advertising platforms " for his tail gunner muffler company.

They are essentially rolling billboards,  which probably are not even intended to be ridden in a normal way. Maybe just rolled off a trailer into a show or sales event.
