Don't worry I'm well versed on Chinese Q.C. I just wondered what they'd copied, 750 twin with a left hand kick start doesn't ring any bells, or maybe they developed it themselves?.

Odd...that one pic has "cj750' on it...
I always thought the CJ's were Chiang Jang copies of the old BMW horizontal twin. I like their looks and might enjoy owning one, were it not for their reputation for quality...or lack thereof

It looks like it has a lot of "Russian" designed into it.

In other words, it isn't a sport bike or really even a road bike.

It's more like a "can take on anything nature wants to throw at it" bike.

That doesn't mean it is a high quality machine.  Just that it is hell for stout, "don't bother going around an obstacle, just go right thru it" design.

I think Ural owners know what I'm talking about. :)

I am perversely attracted to Chang Jiang's, even though I am well aware of their shortcomings.
I've had a good look at a couple, and to call them crude would be praise. :)
