Which of the bearings in the 5 speed box are viable for replacement with ceramic ones?
Can someone list the bearing code numbers?

Any downsides to this conversion?

Thanks
Vivek

The big output shaft ball bearing. I think it's like a 6203 or something like that. Check the parts book.
They have worked out fine for years in our applications.
Don't use a cheap Chinese one.

Does this look good?
http://www.vxb.com/page/bearings/PROD/Kit7552

They don't mention the manufacturer and the product copy reads suspiciously like Chinese English

VXB are Chinese bearings. They might be okay for wheel bearings,  but I would not put them in the engine or gearbox.
Expect that bearing to cost about  $100 US for a good one. Chumma can get you one. He has put several in 5 speeds.

Try putting the bearing number in the search on this site.  This is what a real bearing should cost.  I have used Boca for years from everything from fishing reels to heavy equipment great service and super high quality bearings.
