Yes, I cut some off the back of the silencer, installed a folding kick starter lever, and replaced the front fender with the 19" fender I used on the Clubman. The 19" alloy fender conforms closer to the radius of the 21" wheel and tire than did the 21" fender. It's also shorter and I think it looks a little sportier.
