A few years back we had no idea on the reliability of these then new UCE EFI bikes. Gradually the bikes started to show more and more miles on odometers. We would carefully monitor how many things went wrong by 5K miles, 10K miles and 20K miles on odometer. By the time my G5 reached 20K, it was a good indicator that these bikes will last and run for years to come.

But as they say, there is nothing like hard data. So today when the odometer of my 6 years old 2009 G5 crossed 40,000 miles, it was a moment of grin on the face ;D.

Wish you all many thousands of miles on your G5, C5, B5, GTs !!

Congratulations.

And I thought I was doing all right with my G5's 18,000 miles in 4 years.

Congratulations.
I arrived at 45 thousand kilometers in three years and six months.
The engine runs extremely well and no damage to report.

Impressive. How many internal engine problems during that time/mileage?

Awesome!  That's some great performance, you guys!

But... why not make them all that way?  That would something to be proud of...

Nice to see the miles rolling up and it hanging in there. That was my only long term worry with the Enfield was long long it'd last. The answer Is looks like a long time.
