I must have not tightened the nut onto the long bolt that holds the c5 pillion seat under the drivers seat.  Completely lost it at some point.  Must have been exciting behind me when it went.  Does anyone know the size length of it or can measure theirs.  I don't see it anywhere as a replacement part, but could likely order the right size on the net.  Thanks.

I'm unclear whether you need the size of the bolt or the nut.
Parts manual says the Flanged Hex Bolt Part# 591401 is M8 x 170 (D x L).
Hex Nut with Nylon Insert Part# 142182 is M8.
No thread pitch noted, so it could be 1.0, or 1.25.
Take what's left (bolt or nut) to a decent hardware store to check the thread pitch.

Hey, thanks for the reply.  Ive got neither bolt or nut left.  Fell out somewhere.  I'll just order a suitable replacement.
