Its time to change chain and I was wondering what are the chain upgrade options available for 500 IBs?
Will this one work? : http://www.amazon.com/RK-Racing-Chain-GB520XSO-120-Connecting/dp/B004XAY8M4/ref=pd_sbs_263_9?ie=UTF8&refRID=12JGB0K336AFVH77181C

No.

Royal Enfield Bullets use a # 530 chain.  Not a 520.

I'll let the others champion the O-ring and X-ring chains.

IMO they all need to be lubed and paying extra just to seal off the roller pins isn't worth the extra cost on a street bike on a Royal Enfield single.

Depending on how much effort you want to put forth to fit an o-ring chain, it can be done with minimal modifications for clearance with the inner primary case, if any. It may fit no problem, but if the chain rubs the inner case you will have to strip it down which is where the "effort" comes into play. I use Volar brand o-ring chains off eBay for about $55 shipped on my Bullet as well as a Husky dirt bike. Good enough for flogging the Husky especially in mud etc, plenty fine for a docile Enfield. :)

Tsubaki standard roller chain came recommended to me by Ace.

Seems like a nice product for a good price, with no questions of fit.

I just ordered a DID standard chain this week.  I found some listed as heavy duty for the same price but figured....A) not needed on a Bullet and B) might not fit if its any wider
