Hi all, I have tried to attach some photos of saddle bag racks and highway pegs which are on my 20124 C5 UCE but the files are too big tob attach.  So if anyone is interested in having a look, let me know your email address and I will send you some photos.

If you can't shrink the file sizes before attaching them here, why not post them to one of the many internet photo hosting servers (Google photos, Smugmug, Photobucket, etc), then just post a link to the photos here...

They may not be factory original bits but they certainly do look it.
 Brilliant job, well done !

Did you fabricate them from scratch ?

I wish RE would make a factory rack this nice...seems like they forgot about accessories for the C5, or assume everyplace is like India where you have skilled craftsman making nice custom accessories at reasonable prices.

I prefer my B5's stock riding position (well, actually, I wouldn't mind if the bars were a couple inches higher, but the pegs are fine) Very nice job on the bag racks. I am going to have to get some kind of saddlebags on mine before riding season starts, or I'm going to wind up stranded miles from home with a flat tire and no way to fix it. I'm tired of carrying 30 pounds in a backpack.

This!
I'm going to be taking a 3000km journey across Australia later this year on the chrome C5.
But finding a practical saddlebag solution that matches the style and won't scuff the chrome is proving difficult here.
Tank bag, and swag across the bars simple enough, but some easily installed and detachable bags...nope.

I have a really nice 14L magnetic tank bag made by Cortech, but won't use it on the Enfield, because it does scratch the paint. Not big scratches, little fine scratches that dull the paint. To me a big part of the Enfield's appeal is it's looks. I have other bikes for everyday riding. I got it because I wanted a restored British bike and couldn't afford one. That was not meant as a putdown to the Enfield, it is likely much better than most of the original British bikes

Thanks for the comments guys, Yes I did fabricate them myself.  I can pass on the info if anyone wants it but you will need a good tube bender, obviously a welder and the hardest information to get across is the angles for the attachment brackets.
