Ordered a few things during the 4th sale. Great communication from Tim, the lady I talked to on the phone (had a back order) was more than helpful and further communication was almost too good.

Plus the back ordered bit (ok, a PC V) came almost a week earlier than anticipated.

After working within the Asian/euro bike market for 10+years, just gotta say hats off CMW peeps!

That's great!

Occasionally, things go wrong, like things do - I don't care who you are!  And when they do, it's fun to rant about it here.  But that's rare - Tim and company usually do a bang-up job; I'm always more than happy to deal with them.

Admittedly, the website still has a few issues (although it's much improved with the latest upgrade), so a phone call or email can usually sort out any internet inventory, billing or shipping questions...
