Remembering Sir Christopher Lee

My good friend and former drummer runs a really cool horror webzine page. One of his writers did this most excellent and worthy write up on Sir Christopher Lee. He played many roles from Dracula, to the Mummy, to Saruman on The Lord of The Rings trilogy. He passed away earlier this month, and this write up is well worth the read. Enjoy! And feel free to like their page on Facebook if you're into horror movies.

Sad to hear of his passing!
I used to stay up late on Saturday evenings to watch Vampira host his flicks. The guy scared the hell out of me!

He was already in the peak of his career by the time I was born, and honestly had no idea how many movies he was actually in. Nor that he hunted Nazis during WWII.

Speaking of Christopher's, the great Chris Squire from Yes passed on Sunday
. I met him and the rest of the band a couple of years ago, great gentleman and iconic bass player, he will be missed.
Roverman. Nothing special player of the bass guitar.

Yeah I saw that he had passed as well. There was a story on Facebook about how he had made Rickenbacker guitars famous.

Squire showcased the bass.
6 and 12-strings were showcased by Roger McGuinn and Tom Petty.
