Photos taken with Samsung Galexy I-pad. Mistakenly I posted a third image on the "other" forum steering dampner post (there is a second post with the same heading). That image hopefully shows how the steering dampner attaches to the frame tube. Anyhow here it is again.

I believe that the GT forks are 41mm.

The dampner shown above looks more sophisticated than the one I bought. Also the clamp is different. My set up is a cheap $30 item off ebay.
