I was at waterfront tavern last night. Sitting at the bar enjoying the sunset I overhear this biker tell his girlfriend. Mopeds are really fun to ride...........until someone you know sees you riding it.

I just about sprayed my beer when visualizing this happening to me. He does make a valid point!

There is a HUGE scooter scene in the Denver area!  I'm talking every kind of new make and model to vintage Honda Cubs and Vespas that are completely restored, bored, jetted and piped!  The really big deal tho is Hot Rodding a Ruckus.  I have seen a few now that are bored and piped with stretched swing arms and sub frames that are pretty damn quick for a scooter.

Surprisingly there is not a large number of overweight people here.  Probably more scooters than fat chicks.
