today I took the car down this track




to photograph this giant 14 foot high termite mound. these are very abundant in the nt and vary in height

It's going on 4 days now since wildbill posted anything.

Being a little worried, I checked his "home" here on the forum and found that he visited us today so appearently he's OK.

Hmm.....

I don't think there's any croc's out there in the middle of Oz so it's unlikely one of them ate his camera.
Maybe he dropped it down one of those holes the signs keep warning people about?

           Terrific! pictures. ALL of them. From day one. Tremendous jealousy here  I wish now that I had moved there when I wanted to in the '70s 

            Tell me something. How can you post so many pictures? I'm always getting told: "Your pictures are too big".

              PS: How do they get that buffalo to stand there all day for the tourists?
