I was initially planning to rent Harley or bmw for my upcoming memorial day trip to PA (Caledonia State Park) which is like 250 miles from Brooklyn and I was skeptical about taking my Bullet for this long trip. But now, since bullet is going to be my future motorcycle,  I have decide to go on bullet instead. I was wondering what road essentials i need to carry for the trip. I have a checklist below and was wondering if I'm missing anything?

1. Spare Fuse
2. Spare clutch and throttle cable
3. Spare spark plug
4. Tire change repair kit
5. headlight bulb

Also, I was looking out for luggage carrier that can be fit to enfields? I use to have this one in India:

In this day and age probably the best thing to have with you is a paid up cellular phone so you can call for roadside assistance.

A good 24mm spanner for the axle nuts and a good pair of pliers might also be useful if you have a flat tire.  I think it would be physically impossible to use the little sheet metal 24mm socket wrench that comes with the motorcycle to loosen the axle nut.  (It is supposed to be torqued to 70 n/m or 51 lb/ft of torque according to the service manual).

... add a few spare bulbs (tail light, trafficators, park light), a foot pump, electrical wire and tape, zip ties, flashlight, spare ignition key (kept in a separate bag), small can of WD40, two tubes.

On a 1500 km trip, I ended up only using a spare tail light bulb. :)

He said "probably the best thing", but notice he didn't say "the only thing"!  Yesterday I drove in the Green Mountains in Vermont, and into New Hampshire - lost all cell signal and didn't get it back for over 3 hours...  :(

On the cross country trip on my C5 (posted in the trips section, ie Lincoln Highway), the most important tool was the AAA Premium RV/Motorcycle Membership card. If it broke, they hauled it to the nearest dealer. The tubes were filled with green slime. It actually worked once later on. But the C5 never broke. It ran flawlessly from SF to DC.
