Just had a wild idea. Is it possible to convert the exhaust to a left side set up? Then the monkey in the car would not have to put up with so much noise. Years ago (50 or so) I had a Honda Scrambler with left side pipes.

Yes, it is possible.
Unless you want a scrambler high pipe, you'll need to have a custom pipe made.
