I think I'm just gonna take my old reg. plate and slap it on the new frame. No one will know the difference.
+1  I did this before and it worked out okay.  A friend of mine that worked at DMV game me a hint - Be sure and stamp the serial number on the frame in a similar location as factory.  This eliminated 99% of the issues you could have with the inspectors at the DMV.  It took me about 20 minutes to do the job, but about a week to locate anyone that had the hardened stamps/dies.

But you can try it out this spring. ;)
Amazing!  We should do Floyd Bennet trip and drag Chumma along too.

I hate this cold, can't wait to ride.

Thanks Adam.
I checked out your shops web site. I sure wish we had places like that near me. Just big, impersonal dealerships that ignore you to death.

No, it's from TabII Classics.

It's the Norton Mini Manx.

I'm just going to drill out the rivets and re attach to the new bike. It's the easiest thing to do and DMV won't be any the wiser.

I was thinking more like Frenchtown, PA or upstate to New Paltz or something. Get away from this fuckin' city for a day anyway.

Hopefully the B5 in Chumma's garage will be done by then too.

Someone asked earlier in the thread about weight, had a chance to weight it yet? A cheap mechanical scale from Walmart will work (one wheel at a time of course :P) And that frame with the original swingarm, what does the wheelbase come out to? Oh yeah, Sweet Ride ;)
