Sidecar axle torque spec

Good day, can anyone tell me the correct torque spec for the sidecar wheel axle on a cozy sidecar? Is there someplace to look with all torque specs for sidecar?

p.s., the online guide says hand tighten. sorta worries me as I've never heard of something hand tightened on a motorcycle.
