Those covers must be out there - somewhere! The 350 4 speed Electra is supposed to have been a popular model in India, though it doesn't necessarily mean that the factory turned out lots of extras for this model, as it's a non-wearing component. Nfieldgear might have come across them, otherwise keep trying Hitchcock's. Henry Price in the UK can't get them any more, and the one ebay supplier in India who used list them now says he can't get any either (two refunds later  - at least he has taken the listing down ). Dampking has also made numerous enquiries on my behalf without any success. Rare meat...
