Haven't posted anything in a while, but figured some of you guys must be into smoking meat and might like to see my brother's recent video documenting my process for cooking brisket.

Wow , thanks for the brisket.
I smoke them in my cheap fish smoker.
I'm not as proffesionel as your brother.
Don't do too many as a brisket is now at $50  :'(

That does look good and smoked just right...I bet that Boston Terrier knows the taste...I love brisket in a sandwich...GM
