Sweet  8). It would look better to my eye with a fatter back tyre, even knobblies would look cool but that's a miniscule complaint on a freakin' cool looking bike. Well played, sir.

And have a look at the Max Hazan interview while you're there. He built a sensational 'punkish Cafe Bullet a while back.

Why would they go thru all that work and leave the hideous bazooka muffler on?!  Other than that it's a sharp bike.

That Max Hazan bike has an Ace Fireball 535 engine in it.
Chumma built and polished that whole engine himself, and those are Chumma's copper oil lines on it too.
It's a shame that didn't get mentioned in that article.

The link to the article has EFI 2011 motorcycle of Brent Griesbrecht of Kelowna, BC Canada.

Are we talking about same person / bike - Max Hazan ??

I understand that there is another article in Pipeburn that you are referring to. They should have mentioned his name and that the engine is ACE Fireball 535.

Yes, I was referring to the Pipeburn article about the Max Hazan bike that Gizzo mentioned in his post. I just wanted Chumma to get mention for the amount of work and sweat he put into that Max Hazan engine job.

Sorry, are we looking at the same bike?  That's not the OEM bazooka on this one:

It has enough similarities to be unattractive........  JMHO   I just don't like the bottle silencers.  I think they all look cheesy.

Well, let me put it this way.  You put all that time and effort building a beautiful custom bike, and then you put that plain and ordinary muffler on there that you see on 10,000+ other bikes.  It takes away from the originality of the build.  As if the builder/s just gave up at the end and said "good enough".  Again JMHO.
