After 108 miles, I have discovered that I am accidently down shifting before I upshift. I'm fairly certain that the cause of this issue is trying to fit my size 10 into that small space. So, that brings up a question, are longer gear shift levers available? I've already searched NField Gear and Hitchcocks, but neither one have them.

I have not seen longer ones, but you can rotate it up or down to adjust it to your liking.

You can buy a heel-toe shifter.  Might help solve the problem.

I moved my shifter up one spline on the shaft. Worked perfectly.

I didn't need to reposition my shift lever.  But, I found that I didn't like that rubber shift lever cover - it made it too big and too "sticky".  I pulled it off and covered the rod with a thin layer of friction tape, followed by some heat-shrink tubing.  Now my boot slides into place easier, and I don't have to "reach" up or down as far for shifts...

Yeah, good job Mattsz. I moved mine a spline and it was OK, i wish the splines were a little less coarse though.

I took mine up a spline shortly after I got it due to the boots I was wearing then.
Recently got a nice pair of Wellingtons and getting a lot of false neutrals, so it looks like it's back to the original position.  :)
