Not sure if this takes place in the US but on the first Sunday of April RE riders all over the world take their bikes for a ride. We managed a 180 km ride with 12 RE's. It is estimated that about 100 000 bikes take part in this world wide - most probably in India.

Just finished an early morning ride. Bit cool, but a real cobweb cleaner. 
And I didn't even know I was part of the international ride! Cool!

Does racing your Enfield around a dirt track count?  Because that's what I plan to do today!  Well, in all fairness, it does take about 1 1/2 hours to ride to the track, and then the ride back.
