Sad to report that I heard of the passing of Dave Murray, "Redhawk34" of our forum here, who was one of the most popular members here from years ago, before he moved on to his yellow Triumph Thruxton.
He had a bout of double pneumonia, on top of his chronic lung problems, and it got him this time.

Many here will remember him. His blue Sixty-5 was named "Hanuman", and it was the most highly rated picture in the Gallery section for a number of years.
Here's a pic of Hanuman

R.I.P. Dave.

I remember seeing his machine before I bought a Bullet, and it pushed me over the edge.  Sad news.  Ride on, man.

I really loved his blue Bullet. Real sharp. RIP DM

About time this forum had an in memoriam page for members we have lost over the years. There have been a few great contributors that have passed away since the forum started. I think this would a great way to create a legacy for the time they contributed to this forum.

That's a great idea. Over at DO THE TON forum, they have a great tribute for Uncle Ernie.  This forum could do something similar for our members

Maybe simply R.I.P. or REmembered. We could then go back to our first member that passed put their name in as the subject and then go from there. Would be a nice thing to do. Like Carl said, "You have to know your past to understand the present."

Sad to hear that another Forum member is no more with us. His Bullet was so unique that one look and you will never forget it.

+1 for REmembered.  I don't sign in very much but check out the forums almost every day and have perused the back files enough to get that sentimental feeling about great guys that I've never met.  Ride on, brothers.
