Hi guys,

Just got a new battery to replace the old one which wasn't holding much of a charge. The old one was a small sealed unit; the one I got from CMW is a larger, non-sealed type that comes with about 18 inches of clear plastic hose to connect the overflow drain to.

How should I route this tube on the bike? I haven't seen any instructions or photos on how others are doing it...

mine was routed beside the swingarm . If'n (great word) it leaks on the paint, acid will eat it!

I'm with DB. Route it to the place where output is least likely to touch *anything* (that's impossible, but it should be the goal).

Make sure it isn't crimped - and cannot get crimped.

I seem to remember that it is a very bad thing if battery acid is allowed to get on the chain. Acid will sure ruin any chrome it comes in contact with,too-for all these reasons I am a big fan of the AGM batteries.
