Highly recommend it. Picked this up in November. I could not build it myself for that (the cost of a decent carb). The only sniggle is it takes about 60 pumps to fully raise.

Here it is. Don't be afraid of the chinese build quality, it's rather good. (of the lift that is).

Very nice!  I wish my garage was big enough to justify owning one.  Is that Duc the 969 or the 1198?  (I'm not real fluent on Ducatis)  Sharp bike.  :)

I've been eyeing those every time I stop in Harbor Freight Tools.  I know it's only a matter of time. . .

How many pumps does it take to raise the table all the way up?

Cheers,

Dan K.

I never had much use for Clare.  She thought she knew everything and was always trying to finish my sentences before I got to the end. :(

Now, her sister Carol Voiant!  She was totally different.
Not only would she let me talk without interrupting but she was considerably better.....mmmm.......endowed. :)

Worth every penny!  Takes 21 pumps to get the Vespa (or the Bullet) to belt level....but it just won't quite budge the Honda VTX1800 Battlewagon behind it.   For that I have to give it a boost with a car jack and then I put a couple of jack stands under the corners for peace of mind.  Still a small inconvenience for saving my back.

Bumboo, surprised it won't lift the VTX. They "advertise" 1000lb capacity, but I bet the VTX is close enough to stall it. By the way, to be honest, it was $324 with tax  and a coupon. Scottie J, Thats a 2000 750ssie. I don't have the skills for those high Zoot models!

I'm Usually on the UCE with EFI section, I am also a big fan of the Harbor Freight Big Red Lift. I've had mine about 12 years, Used it ALOT & put 2 replacement jack units in it, so I'm getting about 4 years of good use per Hydraulic unit. Someday I'll take them all apart & replace the O rings.
MOTOR CYCLIST MAGAZINE regularly has Coupons for The Lifts. There is one in the February issue @$299., also a coupon for their excellent Heavy Duty Chain Breaking Tool @ $9.99
I can Truthfully say This Lift, & my quality Ratcheting Flat Wrenches, are a couple of the most enjoyable gifts I've bought myself. I have built a bunch of bikes on it, & would be lost without the wheel dropping trapdoor. I can even take both Wheels off, with the use of another Jack under the Crankcase-while it sits on the Center Stand & is strapped down. Makes tinkering much more fun.  Best to all here, Craig McClure
Best Wishes, Craig McClure

I've got 2 of these lifts in my barn. They have had no trouble lifting a GL1200 interstate, Yamaha Venture royale, or H-D roadking (or my Bullet, BMW's, quad, lawn tractor, etc.). If you can't lift the VTX and it's still under warranty I'd check on a new jack. Mine don't need 60 pumps to lift either, I did count one time but don't remember what it was......regardless it beats crawling on the floor! Congrats on your new lift Cyrusb.

You might check the level of hydraulic fluid.  I have heard these often come under-filled.

I am on my 3rd lift. the first 2 came under filled so i filled to spec. They immediately failed! the 3rd one I left alone and has been working fine for over year now.

I own one of these and it was one of the best purchases I have made. I also own a 2009 Fatboy and it works great with that. The only thing I might chance is the clamping system for the front tire
