Wow! I don't recall anything this extensive in the years I've been here. My safeguards & firewalls, etc., are pretty good so I've never experienced anything like this on my personal devices. This is the kind of guy (if "it" is a guy) who you want to drag out of his room & beat to a bloody pulp & leave him laying out in his yard with a sign padlocked around his neck. But that's just me

I am not sure about the SMF forum but I am a moderator on a VBulletin forum on FIAT India and we have added the "spam-o-matic" which automatically eliminates spam, even from registering. Within the past one year, it has denied registration requests to 68,000 spam bots!

So, if SMF supports a similar feature, that can come in handy.
