Appears to be using the Harley style fork and blade type con-rod set up, since there seems to be no cylinder offset.

It's made by a fellow rider named Anand Bhalero. Not sure if he's got big plans but I didn't see much stuff about this bike. Maybe it just runs but isn't that great when it comes to reliability and performance. I might be wrong too! I thought the same about Subhas Bose (Racer from Chennai) and I was wrong!

Looks good to me. Wonder if he built or bought the cases?

It looks a lot like the Norcroft engine cases.

Not coincidentally, the Norcroft V-Twin was recently resurrected by a couple of guys that used to work for AVL, and the cases are being manufactured in India now, getting ready for production apparently.
So, this might be one of them.
