I'm looking to put some rear sets on The Blackhawk.  Is there anyone besides Hitchcocks that sells them?  Anyone have a used set they're interested in selling?  Thanks.

I don't think they would be very common! If  Hitchcock's has a set that'll fit, I'd jump on that one.

Good luck on finding rear sets for your Chief.  As far as I can ascertain Hitchcock's doesn't carry rear sets yet for the series one and two Interceptors.  I would think that a good fabricator could get the job done for a reasonable cost.  After all they are just a rearward facing shifter/rear brake setup with extended linkage.  Let us know if you find them, bet you could get rid of a few sets online!
