It is all practical enough, with nothing radical: great wheels, TLS front brake, cast steering header and down tube (like most Greeves bikes from the 60's), dry clutch (like most contemporary Ducati's), underslung rear shock & spring unit (Burgman 400 anyone?).
Agreed that the seat unit looks pretty uncomfortable and there doesn't appear to be a back brake, but perhaps this bike is closer to 'road ready' than many a show bike special.
