Royal Enfield riders...
i need your help.
I have a 2011 bullet 500, and the part in the picture has snapped in half
and i cant find this part anywhere on the internet, and my socal dealers are clueless...
can anyone help me find this part...

That is called the "head steady", or "head stay".

If it snapped in half, then your motor mount bolts might be loose, allowing the engine to move around more than it should.

If a Royal Enfield has a lot of vibration, that's the first part to look at.

They aren't particularly strong and if the break or the bolts that hold them in place loosen, suddenly the bike will get all sorts of vibration.

that is what i thought, but when i order that thru my dealer, this is what i got.
and it doesnt fit...

What you have there is a head steady for an old Iron Barrel Bullet.
You have the newer model UCE engine. You have to specify the head steady for your particular model.

One of the many times it would be useful to have a friend with a machine shop.  Could probably knock something simple like that out right quick, which would be of superior construction to the original.

*note to self:  make friends with a machinist.

I recently had that bolt come out, fall out while riding and thought the motor was leaving the frame it was vibrating so bad.  Thread locker is your friend on these bikes.  Good luck to the OP locating what he needs.
