I have some German 5 Liter gas cans like this.


( Not my pics, these are better than my phone cam can take)


 Any ideas what font the lettering is ?

Kraftstoff is "Fuel" for an engine.  Feuergefahrlick is "Inflammable" or "Fire Hazard".

It's not the standard DIN 1451 adopted in 1938 which is found on most cans.  Similar, but the long tailed "f" isn't standard nor is the sort of flat/not curved "r".
I'd figure post-war commercial?
