With the standard short silencer that bolts straight onto either the long or short downpipes is it always necessary to have to re-jet when installing?
If you just put them on what symptoms would you be looking for that may tell you if a re-jet is even necessary?
Cheers

PS Should have said it is for a 500.

Do a "Plug Chop" per the Snidal manual.  If the plug is white, you are too lean and running too hot.  If the plug is caked with black char 0.5 mm thick, you are too rich.
