Looks nice!  Did you do it at home or send it out to a company?

Thank you.  I run a powdercoating shop and do ceramic coating too. It's Cerakote from NIC industries. Your local coater likely uses NIC products if you ask him to do yours.
Royal Enfield. Speed limits aren't a restriction to me, they're a goal !

Thanks!  How much did it take?  At $70 a pint I think I will hold off until my chrome flakes off.

a pikey set up atm but its working and there appears to be no leaks. the 2 pipes are exact same diameter which caused a little bit of a problem connecting them together. I just wanted to get it in place to try it out. rode about 100 miles today. I love this exhaust! Not really increasing punchiness but nice sound, can be quiet , can be loud, but really good on the freeway. i got up to record speed today - no shakes, no vibrations. brilliant. Got a really nice thump too. Think im just gonna weld the 2 pipes together at the join then heat wrap over the mess.

Look around on line, somebody makes a chrome step down, that will go over your header pipe, & into your muffler. Possibly even slightly upswept so you can't possibly drag.

You're right Craig. I need the angle extension. Right hand corners....

There is available a "step down pipe stub" to overcome 2 identical diameter pipes not joining.
Craig,
Where do you get the "step down pipe stub"....
Cheers.

Hey bullet man. What I did was found a peace of pipe that fit snug into my muffler, but welded the pipe onto the header and clamped the muffler /adapter. Worked a treat and meant only 1 clamp. There is an exposed weld, but I'm going to heat wrap the header and cover that.

Goggle it, & search on Ebay. Also try the big M.C. parts houses "Bike Bandit, Bruce whatshisname". You Will find one if you look hard enough.

For a lot of exhaust options Hardly parts outlets certainly carry a lot of stuff.
