I have a Vespa P200E with 40,000+ miles.  It could use a rebuild and carb clean at this point.  Know of any good manuals for that?

hanes manual. i cant say too much cause i  know jack. however i loved pulling the motor out which is similar/same as p200. the hanes manuals are the bomb. they cover everything and no offense to indians but theyre pretty clear compared to enfield manual.
