Got my first flat on the dirt/rock roads I live on in the backwoods of rural North Arkansas.

I was hoping for more than 1500 miles before it happened. Maybe the Avon Speedmaster
is not the right tyre for this area. Dunno.

I switched to a heavy duty motocross tube on my Ural pusher tyre and have had good results to date. Perhaps the same is in order for my RE.

Any real world feedback would be appreciated,

Makes sense to me let us know if it works better. I used to buy heavy duty tubes for my Honda 250 .

Where can I get 19'' heavy duty tubes?  I like that Idea, this tube thing seems chronic.

I ran a Michelin Ultra Heavy Duty tube in the rear of mine last year.
Never had a flat or a problem with it but it is a bit (a lot) heavy. They also make a Heavy Duty tube that will fit.
Got it from Dennis Kirk.
This year I'm running Metzeler tubes. More than enough for the kinda riding I do.

Last year after a flat I bought a 2 pak of Motocross tubes by "SLIME".  You know; those self sealing jobs...  I've only had 2 flats in 5 years but I'm willing to try to cut my odds....
