2004 Bullet 535, ES, 5 speed, RH shift......
I'm in trouble trying to get my rear wheel back on the Bullet. Here's my right side... axle, adjuster snail, swing arm, axle spacer, collar. Next is the right side bearing.
On the left side is the (unseen) bearing, washer/spacer, (seen) hub/cylinder with outer threads.
It looks lined up, but I can't move the axle in any farther.
In the metal tray is a big washer/spacer, adjuster snail, big nut, little nut. I believe I have the idea where the snail and two big nuts go together, but where does the big spacer go?
After I had the rear wheel off for a tire installation I had a small spacer left over. I believe I left it out after assembling the rear with the new tire. I put that short spacer between the left bearing and the hub. Now, I can't pass the axle through and I don't know where to put the big round spacer. Should I not have a small spacer between the bearing and the the threaded cylinder?
I'm totally stumped here. My digital manual is not helpful. The online manual at fixmybull.com doesn't help me. I would really appreciate some clarity and advice here.
