They offer the "fork top yoke" at $395. It's hard to see the lo res photos. Best bet might be Memphis Shades mount hardware.

Hi U.G.
I wanted the fly screen but thought the fork-top yoke etc. was a bit much and got the Memphis Shades wind shield. I got the shortest one offered and it fastens to the handlebars with clamps. They are tightened with bolts and hold securely in the wind. My bike vibrates and an occasional tightening keeps them secure.

No more bugs in the face and I hide behind it in occasional showers. I get wet from the waist down but I can still see and ride safely. I'm not much for wet weather riding. It looks good too.

Hitchcock's is showing their headlight-bezel-mount version in stock:

I think this is a lot more of a true vintage flyscreen look than a small modern windshield...but probably offers little other than the look, so it's a matter of priorities in choosing which option to take.

Someone crafty, or someone with crafty friends, could probably rig something similar up much cheaper.  Paying a fabricator to do something for you would likely cost more than H is charging in the end, though...

you need a 7 inch headlight with the hitchcocks flyscreen but it looks really cool.

I'm interested.  What does this consist of?  I have a 7" headlight.
