Hello,

I realised that I’ve not introduced myself after being active on the forum for the past week or so. I’ve recently purchased an 09 Electra (E5?) with 2500 miles, and I’m also a new comer to motorcycling in general (In fact my tests are upcoming) I’m based in London, UK and to get my through this waiting period until I’m legally able to ride I’m spending my time setting up the bike – This includes oil/filter change, sprocket change to 18T, spark plugs. I’ll continue to peruse the forum for other recommended changes.

Already I’ve received some excellent advice from you all which I really appreciate and I hope that in the future I can also contribute to discussions.

Thanks

Jamie

Nice looking bike you've got there Jammy !  That engine is very distinctive ~ looks like it has been maintained well too.

Thanks guys, the chap who sold it to me loved it dearly and got too old to ride it and I've fallen in love with it already. Really looking forward to my maiden voyage, maybe I'll see some of you guys around who are based in uk.
