I'm starting to wonder if you don't have a bent forth tube and/our wheel.  Either that or a tire that is severely out of balance.

I think my Fork Tube looks fine...(but I'm no expert)..
I had the bike up on the center stand after doing the wheel alignment, with the back wheel off the ground I put it in 1st gear, there was a definite "slight wobble" while she was spinning...Is that Normal?
Maybe it is a wheel balancing issue.... ???

Not normal.  Was it the wheel or tire that was wobbling?  Are all your spokes tight?  If its the tire you may just need to RE-seat it.

If you're talking about the rim wobbling, you need to get that trued up. If it's just the tire, as stated before, Reseat it.

@bare
@scotty
I know in going to sound stupid right now, but the tire is attached to the rim which in my mind completes the wheel, I thought the whole thing had a very slight wobble, very slight..I'm not sure if it was the tire or the rim...
More news in the next post...

GHG...has been working with me since yesterday via Texting n picture story telling...thank you GHG.
I took of the fender completely and went for a ride :)
I had a friend follow me in his SUV, I managed 82 MPH in high winds situation, just got a very slight wobble which corrected itself.....man oh man finally resolved the issue...
Now to figure out how to place that fender back over the plastic inner liner fender....

Assuming your new tire was mounted correctly with the mark in line with the valve stem I'm beginning to think it's possible the big (ugly) tail light housing is causing the problem.
I can't see how the fender, by itself could cause it.

This may give you an excuse to replace the big tail light and turn signal mount with a neat Tombstone/license holder tail light or a '32 Ford tail light.

Hi Az, what a coincidence, I replaced the birdcage 2 weeks ago with a tombstone taillight , and installed the bullet turn signals as well..

The fender under the seat area is supposed to seat into a bushing under the plastic fender which is attached to the bike.....I really don't see how this is possible...because the small 10mm nut is NOT going to hold the metal fender in place.....
If its supposed to go above the plastic fender that's not possible either because the plastic fender is wider than the metal fender..so it's not going to fit...  :(

Scottie could you please see how your fender is sitting inside under the seat in the plastic fender area , is it just free hanging in there or is it attached to the plastic fender somehow...
Since I could do 82 mph without the fender on, it seems like it is a fender issue somehow.

Scottie please do so only when you have the time, I wasn't implying you to rush anything.

I took some pics, no sure how much they'll help since it's kinda hard to see into there.  If this isn't what you need tell me what you want and I'll get it.  If I need to remove the battery, triangle boxes, etc., to get a better pic so be it.

Series starts here:

FWIW, if I unbolt the lower fender strut mounts and loosen the upper ones, I can pivot the metal fender and struts up and out of the way.  It's great for taking the rear wheel out.  The metal fender is not in any way bolted to the black rubber part that forms the lower front part of the fender, it just nests in there snugly.  The black rubber part is bolted to the frame.

Thank you Scott, those pictures are great and will do just fine, my fender does pivot up just like you mention. I'm still going through the elimination process, step by step, as there was still a wobble even with the fender off. I'm being patient and working through this frustrating "Dilemma".  ???
I'm likewise grateful for GHG to be working with me side by side on this project so I can enjoy this bike and feel more confident with this scary wobble gone :)
Cheers

Hmmmmm....  Have you had your wheels balanced?   Most bikes are fine without it but since your still chasing this problem I'd pull the wheels and have th balanced at a shop.
