Boots, Bulletman, jartist, realoldfart, Mcurrier, no bs, 1Thump. There are more who like to stay anonymous....So, lets say we plan something ,a ride, a get together for beer/sandwich or something like that.

If folks are around and too eager Memorial Day weekend is another/add-on option.

Hey 1Thump, thanks for the heads up!I never know my schedule that far in advance but if you don't mind a different imitation Brit bike, I'd love to go along.

I have attached a proposed route. I have done parts of this route with hogrider in the past. It takes us past the geyser in Calistoga. There is a BBQ in Calistoga that makes pretty decent ribs. This ride should be about 5 hours long (with a stop for fuel and rest). If we eliminate the loop to clearlake Lower Lake (above red line) it is reduced by one full hour. If we do this on the 15th we could take a detour to Dixon to the bike show.

I have never organized a ride before and am always open to suggestion. Let me know what you guys think.

looks like a fine ride. i grew up in santa rosa, love all the scenic routes available. i once did the oakville grade in 17 minutes on the 72 r5 yamaha, just to see if i could. talk about a sore shift toe!

NorthBay SF folks: You may want to check this out. Not a bike event.... but fun nonetheless.....Rumor has it that the Stones might make a surprise appearance.
