I have relocated the turn signals on the rear mudguard with the new bullet turn signals. Also installed a new Tombstone tail light.
My Dilemma is How do i STICK/ATTACH the "new wires" UNDER the mudguard safely (they get attached to the current  harness which is tethered to the mudguard with fasteners) and not worry about them coming loose or hitting the tire while in motion.

You could separate the right and left turn signal wires and not run them inside the fender. A common method is to run them from under the seat and then route them between the outside of the fender just below the fender frame running on either side. Simply zip tie to a couple of spots and it will be hidden from sight.
