So my battery is dead. I hear the AGM is an upgrade.

Part number?

I got one from batteries plus last weekend. Little more $ than shopping online but I got it that day,

Just take the old one in and they'll match it up and dispose of the old one properly

You'll never look back

I'm running a DEKA brand AGM battery. They are made in the USA, are sold through a chain called VOLTEX. They are reasonable, have excellent customer service & replacement policy. I also bought a special DEKA AGM for my Miata. I will never use anything but AGM battery in a bike. they are stronger, long lasting, & best of all-don't cause corrosion anywhere.
Best Wishes, Craig McClure

MOTOBATT AGM's are made in China .they are good, & sometimes a bargain. I had a couple in previous bikes, & they did fine.
