Just to clarify, I just changed the sprocket to 19T, so the oil came out of the crankcase side. Do I need to replace it specifically or does the oil change that I normally do go into the crankcase? I think it does, but thought I'd check before finishing up my job. Thanks!

Just replace it like you normally do.  You will like the 19T!
