My bike runs a baffled vintage cocktail shaker.

I put a pair of upswept cocktail shakers on my '58 Trailblazer.  LOVE 'EM!

I have an upswept chrome cocktail shaker left over from my SR500. I thought about using it but wasn't sure if it would look 'proper' on the military bike....

Craig, did you belong to the SR500 forum a while back? I coulda swore I've seen your name there, too.

Yes, I was on there awhile.  I was the guy that discovered those Benelli Mojave tanks worked well on the SR. Sold the SR last summer. I only have the 2010 G5 deluxe now. Here's a picture of my SR....
Best Wishes, Craig McClure

okay, I thought that was you....
I bought one of those Benelli tanks as well. Wound up selling the tank for a nice profit before I sold my SR.

Update: got an email late Tuesday night (4/30) from CMW, saying my EFI pipe had been sent.  It arrived three days later.  I checked my current credit card records - they charged me the very low price of last December's sale, and no extra shipping.   8)

Too bad my rear end is in pieces, or I'd slap it on!

Mattsz, great news...maybe mine will be on the way...seems my dealer's not very good at returning my e-mail inquiry about the EFI silencer that was purchased at the same time as my bike.  Here's to hoping anyway.

Sorry to hear that.
My dad used to say, "He got his ass in a sling." whenever he was talking about someone who got themselves into trouble.
I always envisioned someone who had their rear end in pieces walking around with a big cloth sling to keep them from getting lost. :)

Me in a diaper?  Not yet...  ;)

My swing arm is in the shop - I'm gonna wait until everything is back together before I install the EFI...

kcRoyal: I hope you received your silencer!

There's lots of EFI silencer threads, but this one is fairly recent, so I'll continue it.  For those of you who have installed the CMW EFI silencer...

Removable baffle: Yay or nay?

Maatsz, I sure did...I received it on Friday. A nice surprise and I put it on and it is fantastic. Sounds great and must have taken off about 15 lbs. I have put on about 300 miles on the bike and ready to do its first service. I've been following on here every day, and I must say I have learned so much from this community. I want to thank you all for sharing your experiences with me. I have purchased the upgraded o-ring chain and I think i will get the 19t sprocket and change those out during the next service. I have installed the tribar with visor, small fly screen, K&N filter, mini bullet lights, new rear tail light assembly (from earlier thunderbird) and added extension bars to mini-bullet lights. I'm also looking at getting the larger American solo seat from Hitchcocks (any comments on it would be appreciated). I did keep the baffle...sounds good with it.
