If your G5 Bullet is the American market name for the Electra EFI in Europe, then The Hitchcocks Parts Brochure details 320mm length ones. See:

They offer shrouded and unshrouded versions, and open spring versions with black or chrome springs.

There is no information on the availability of different spring rates, but I guess that's something the could be discussed directly with Hitchcocks, or the equivalent American Enfield parts & accessories outlet.
