Does there have to be an upgrade in any part of the chrging system to accomodate a 7" halogen headlight or will it be just a plug&play?

Thanks,

For my '06 Electra it was plug and play without any issues. For reference, I'm using a Sylvania Silverstar sealed beam halogen

It was plag and play for my standard Bullet too.

And a VERY worthwhile upgrade.

Which model RE to you have? If it's an older model there could be a problem as the alternator doesn't have a very high output.

So I wasn't imagining things. I thought I had read somewhere about a regulator/rectifier or alternator upgrade and wanted to confirm that, thanks.

Its and 08 AVL motor so I guess I'm good to go.
