It's been raining most of last night and this morning, but at about 11am there was a break in the clouds and the roads started drying up. I was DYING to try out the GPS speedometer app I downloaded for my phone, so I taped my phone to the gas tank and took off for the back roads while the getting was good. Crazy idea, I know, but I have great faith in 3M green automotive painters tape.
Anyways I wanted to lay out my base line top speed before I start tuning the carb. How fast you ask? Exactly 75mph.
I think we have room for improvement.
Anyways, as I was slowing down from my top speed, I came across an amazing photo opportunity. An old pasture filled with dead trees as the next rain storm was moving in. I slammed on the brakes and pulled over immediately. These 3 came out the best. Enjoy!

LOVE me some back country roads!
